Biography
Dr. Shorey is an Assistant Professor at Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, National University of Singapore. Her research areas focus on family and women health. She has designed psychosocial and educational interventions for a varied group of populations. She has conducted both quantitative and qualitative studies. Her research studies involve national and international collaborations. Dr Shorey has received various awards for her academic and research excellence. She has been invited at various conferences and the findings of her research have been presented in national, regional and international conferences. She has published in high impact factor journals.

Family health with special emphasis on maternal, child and maternal health. Women’s’ health with a focus on gynecological conditions and functional aging. Psychosocial and educational interventions for perinatal care, chronic illnesses, and nursing education.
